Things to do at the Düden Waterfalls

Düden is actually two separate waterfalls, not one, and mixing them up wastes a visit. The Upper Düden Falls sit inland in a shaded park north of the city centre, where paths lead behind and around the cascade among pine and eucalyptus trees.

The Lower Düden Falls are a different site entirely, on the coast near Lara, where the river drops straight off a cliff into the Mediterranean — best seen from the clifftop viewing park, or from the water on a short boat trip along the coast (from roughly EUR 10-15).

Both are free to enter and easily done in two to three hours, including transfer time of around 20-30 minutes by taxi or bus from central Antalya. Either falls pairs naturally with an afternoon at Lara Beach, a 10-15 minute drive away.
