Things to do in Belek

Belek is a purpose-built resort area roughly 35km east of Antalya airport, about 30-40 minutes by car outside peak traffic, built around large all-inclusive hotel complexes, a cluster of golf courses, and a protected pine forest where loggerhead turtles nest on the beach in summer.

There isn't much of an independent old town or walkable centre here — most visitors base themselves at a resort and either stay on-site or book excursions out. For culture and nature further afield, Aspendos' Roman theatre is under an hour away, and the Köprülü Canyon's whitewater rafting trips run roughly 2-3 hours including transfer.

Treat Belek as a beach-and-golf base, not a base for independent day-tripping on foot.
